“ Came in 20mins before closing on our way out to Joshua Tree and were kindly seated to dine in! Ordered the sweet corn tamale, poutine gravy fries, and chilaquiles to share and liked it all! The poutine gravy fries were especially tasty; having Oaxacan roots I was so pleasantly surprised that Oaxacan cheese was used in this and other dishes. I also tried the tropical cocktail, which was tasty yet different from my usual cocktail tastes in that it was slightly fizzy. My husband asked for an iced coffee and was accommodated by the staff making a cafe de olla then pouring it over ice. It was a good neutral flavor! Our one regret is feeling too full to try dessert, but hopefully we can come back one day to give it a shot. ”

“ My hubby and I had been looking through Yelp for something different to try and we saw that Lady R Bistro in Menifee Ca had a huge variety of food on their menu. We ended up starting off with the Stoner tot’s which were yummy!! Then we ordered their pasta dishes. They only have two. The Pasta Fioro and the Short Rib Pasta. Both were very good. The pasta fioro with chicken had a yummy garlic sauce and sun-dried tomato’s in it which I think really made this dish! The short rib pasta has both short rib and ground beef in a creamy red sauce. This was also yummy. The creamy whipped topping was a great addition. We also ordered drinks. I had the Mexican candy shot and unfortunately I can’t remember the drink that my husband ordered, but it was like a Caribbean kind of drink & it was very good as well. We will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu. They have quite a big variety of dishes to choose from. The service was awesome too! Our waitress was on point! She knew everything that was on the menu and was able to give us the whole rundown and she gave us great service too! She was very helpful and friendly. Like I said we’ll be back. ”

“ We were greeted the moment we walked in and were seated promptly. The restaurant is beautiful with plenty of photographic opportunities. All of this pales in comparison to the cuisine. Each menu item is clearly crafted with thought and incredible flavors. If you don't stop in, you're silly! ”

“ Lady R Bistro absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted — smooth, balanced, and full of flavor. The Stoner Tots were out of this world — crispy, cheesy, and loaded with all the right toppings. For the main course, the Dip Sandwich was tender and juicy with the perfect au jus, and the Howdy Burger was next-level — packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the Bundt Cake with ice cream came out and completely sealed the deal — warm, rich, and the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Lady R Bistro has quickly become a new favorite spot. Amazing food, great drinks, and even better vibes — can’t wait to come back! ”

“ I gave this place a solid 4 stars due to although the food was tasty, some of it was not fresh. Also, I think they are trying to be trendy, but they are leaning towards a sports bar. I would say to ditch the TV and have a menu of only 5 cool solid dishes on the trendy side, same with drinks. ”

“ This bistro is so charming and the food is wonderful! We had the empanadas, burger, and tater tots. This is not Apple-Bees type of microwave food… this food is made to order and very fresh! It comes out hot and ooooooh so tasty! Do expect a little wait because the food is made to order. Like I said, it’s not like other chain restaurants where everything is just warmed up. You could tell they put a lot of love and effort with the food they serve! ”
